Changed your mind?
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and anyfurther costs incurred in returning the item, are not refundable. Please return the itemtogether with your returns slip within 30 days of receipt and we will process there fund/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also needthe receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Jewellery for piercings and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, orgases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
All goods should be checked upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If the item is faulty we willoffer a replacement, exchange or refund.
Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, and vice versa.
In order to have the postage costs refunded, these are capped at the original cost of sending them to you, therefore we suggest your method of returning damaged items takes this into account and at all times we strongly advise you keep the postage receipt until you receiveyour refund, if applicable.
When returning any item/s that are part of a Special Offer, your refund amount will be calculated and pro-rata accordingly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note we only offer a refund in the same payment method used and only offer card refunds to the same card the purchase was made from.
For store orders:
If you change your mind about a product it can be returned to us, in the condition in which it was purchased, within 30 days of the date on the receipt. For faulty products please either return to us in store, or contact our team and they will advise you. All items returned in store will be offered either an exchange, or a refund.
